How I work

Psychodynamic psychotherapy

I offer psychodynamic psychotherapy, a therapeutic approach that explores how our past experiences and early relationships influence our current emotions, behaviours, and relationships.

These formative dynamics often shape the way we see ourselves and others, and how we respond to stress, uncertainty, and responsibility—often without our conscious awareness.

Through increasing insight into these unconscious patterns, we create space for personal growth, greater self-acceptance, and a more compassionate inner voice.

Through our work together I hope to offer new perspectives, help build resilience, increase curiosity and make lasting change possible

I work with clients both in person and online, providing short term and open-ended therapy.
